  • BEGINNING NODE
    To set up a successful community, establish a clear vision and goals with metrics, understand the brand and industry, align with the community manager, and identify the community member persona. Develop a roadmap with stakeholders and tailor strategies and content.
  • COMMUNITY STRATEGY
    Establish a set of specific and measurable goals that span different timeframes to ensure a comprehensive and well-rounded approach. This includes setting short-term goals that can be achieved in a relatively short period and focus on quick wins, medium-term goals that are more ambitious and require more resources, time, and effort to achieve, and long-term goals that will have a more significant impact on the community and its members in the long run.
  • EXPERIENCE DESIGN
    Design a comprehensive process for community member engagement, from attraction to departure, including steps for onboarding, engagement, retention, and handling issues or conflicts. Regularly measure and adjust the process for optimal effectiveness.
  • LAUNCH
    Announce the community to the target audience and begin the engagement by providing a clear call to action for registration. Engage new members with resources and support, foster connections and interactions, and track engagement. Adjust the process as necessary.
  • GROWTH WITH MENTORSHIP
    Mentorship sessions provide guidance and support for the implementation of community strategy and overcoming challenges. Led by experienced community managers or industry experts, sessions can include discussion of engagement, growth, and retention, as well as best practices, case studies, and feedback for improvement.
